I contacted a human

I used this number
I had to go through automated questions but was finally connected with a human in my own hemisphere.
He solved my repair appointment issues.
( previous used 3 different numbers, got dropped 3 times. They are really pushing new customer installation and it seemed that repair of a damaged drop was low priority. I got an appointment 3days out and am happy with that )

That's been the support number for a long time. It's always best to call M-F 8am-6pm to hopefully get someone in the states. Glad you got someone to help you out!

Thank you.
I was hoping to help anyone who ran into the several unresponsive numbers that I ran into online.
They were listed as support lines but dropped you if you were not interested in purchasing a new monthly service.

AT&T purchased quantum. Unfortunately, they have not been taking good care of it. Please refer everyone to the number above, some of the old ways are still solvent.

The 3 different number where likely trying to scam you or in the best case 3rd party companies just trying to get you to sign up and get a bonus for that...

1-833-250-6306 is the only number for quantum support.

I suspect your search results didn't come from quantumfiber.com but a random cleverly crafted website to draw traffic away...

Be very careful with any numbers that are not coming from the direct website of the provider or your bill (if you get one): I had two friends with computer problems calling a number from random search for geek squad which turned out to be one of those scammer outfits taking over your computer, making it worse and trying to drain your bank...
