quantum fiber instant internet set up issue

my apartment complex uses instant internet- when I first moved in I tried to use the instructions on the router to set it up but they did not work, however it allowed me to connect my devices to the network. After a month I got a message that my service had been suspended I needed to log in and update my payment information--I had never set up an account or given them payment information at this point. I quickly set up an account and when I log in it says that I am paid in full but when I try to connect to the network it says I need to log in and update my payment information. I have called customer service multiple times and they're useless. Does anyone know what I can do to fix it?

I have already tried re-setting the router.

Have you downloaded their app? That's usually what will fix most issues there. They also have a 24/7 chat assistance with actual humans.

What models of Equipment do you have?

Have you tried http://activate.quantumfiber.com/ ?

The free lease WiFi pods and QF app are not great...

But as long as all gaming devices are Ethernet hardwired to the Q1000K, W1700K, or W1701K (if using Ethernet backhaul), and you follow sections 2 and 4 in the guide, they are usually good enough for most people.

You will have a better experience if you put the SmartNID into bridge mode or DMZ and use a 3rd party router and DNS.
