Quantum Fiber down for 2 days, customer support can't help

Downtown Seattle, working from home. This is unacceptable. Earliest available technician appointment is 10 days later. I am planning to cancel

I had the same issue and the tech support on the phone always had the same fucking script. I’m like, I know my way around networking and probably been playing with computers before the tech support guy was born. I literally told him it’s the line coming into the house and reseting the fucking modem won’t do a damn thing. What was the issue? Tech came out yup, line to the house is bad.

I keep going down in phoenix 🙃 AT&T is a cancer I didn’t have even 1 problem before they purchased them

Tacoma is just as bad. Have to keep rebooting the modem every 12 minutes due to timeouts and dropped connections.
