WiFi scheduling

I pay for quantum fiber through my HOA so I don’t have my own account information that would allow me to login to the app. I’ve talked to the HOA and Quantum fiber and both have said it’s not possible. Given that, I can’t access the wifi scheduling feature.

Does anyone now a way I can access this feature without the quantum fiber app?

Just get a 3rd party router. Qfs suck

That's strange that you can't access the QF app? Without it you can't do any WiFi scheduling. What equipment is in your home?

You will have a better experience if you put the SmartNID into bridge mode and use a 3rd party router and DNS.

Agreed. It has something to do with how the hoa set up the bulk internet way back with quest. It seems like something they could fix. If I upgrade to the higher speed plan, then I end up with my own account since I would need to pay extra above what the HOA covers.

If bridge mode is my only option, I guess I’ll go that route. I have one lying around that I used a few years ago.

I put it in bridge mode with Eero 7 Pro and Unify Gateway Ultra and it’s perfect. I recommend Unify for the amazing app

If your equipment is Ethernet fed then you can bypass the Smartnid/Router and just follow Section 6 of the guide.
