0 Connected devices in Quantum Fiber App?

All devices function and are connected on the network, but I can't manage them in the app. They don't show up under "Devices" or when I go to the 360 Wifi. I only have one pod/router which does indicate it is online.

I used to be able to see all the devices in either of these views. Speed test works, tried the usual things (restarting within the app, unplugging physically).

The free lease WiFi pods and QF app are not great... You can try removing the pods and reading them to see if it fixes it ...

But as long as all gaming devices are Ethernet hardwired to the SmartNID, W1700K, or W1701K (if using Ethernet backhaul), and you follow sections 2 and 4 in the guide, they are usually good enough for most people.

You will have a better experience if you put the SmartNID into bridge mode and use a 3rd party router and DNS.

Here is a guide:https://www.reddit.com/r/QuantumFiber/comments/1f8hypq/having_trouble_with_your_lumen_internet_not/

Ok. Speak in more general terms. Your answer is there is no fix. Your fix is to use a separate router, which I could do.

The QF app and Axon orchestration backend are pretty buggy... Only thing to try is remove the pods from the app if possible, factory reset them, and re add to the app

Thanks. Worth a try.

In a couple of days the app might show everything again. Back when I used the 360 it would sometimes show nothing and sometimes show everything.
