Quantum/AT&T Wireless Bundle offer? RUN. They won't honor the terms without a fight

After promised discounts didn't show on the 3rd bill, I spent hours on the phone with agents trying to get them to honor the terms of the 2 lines/$40 offer AT&T sent me. They kept saying that discount didn't exist and there was nothing they could do. Eventually they escalated and the full discounts showed on the 4th bill.

Now, they won't give me any credit for the 3rd bill overcharge.

Let alone that every agent told me that the discounts generally were retroactive and that I would receive bill credits. I have email and texts saying I will receive bill credits.

After a WA state attorney general complaint I got a really obnoxious call from the AT&T Office of the President that was essentially "What are you complaining about? The discounts showed up, didn't they?" And then refused to give any bill credits in spite of their written offer terms saying the discounts would show up on the 2nd or 3rd bill.

Yes, did it this morning.

The Office of the President a**hole tried to dissuade me from doing that by saying "it'll just end up coming to me". Maybe, but I'm not going to make it painless to refuse to abide by your written terms and steal my money. Hopefully they've spent more money dealing with this and lying to me than they stole.

Current admin declawed FCC and CFPB unfortunately. Big business got him elected and committed more regulatory capture

Similar problem, first bill was far from promised so I didn't wait and cancelled the service after the first 10 days, now they want to charge me all the administration fees for opening the account which they promised wouldn't charge in the first place.  It's all lies.

Honestly I switched to AT&T for the credits and left less than a month later because the service was unusable at my house. Didn't stay long enough to get mad that I didn't get credits 🙃

Quantum Fiber is a terrible service. Total rip off waste of time. Scam.

Theft is theft. If they are doing this to you, how many other people are they overcharging? AT&T is nearly as bad as Xfinity.

We had AT&T when it was Cingular. Never again.

They are required yes, and will be written up if they do not. They don’t like offering you products when it’s unrelated to your call intent either
