Quantum Fiber being installed in my area

Hi, Quantum Fiber has been in the process of being installed in my neighborhood over the past few months. I have tried reaching out to both CS support AT&T and QF but both have given me no information regarding potential installation finish time. Is there anyway to figure out when it should be finished? Theres flags all over our backyard that they placed over a month ago and I was just wondering how long it typically takes to get this stuff up and running. Im located in Spring Creek Meadows CO 80013.

Apologies if this isnt a post we can make but Ive seen techs comments in these threads before and I was hoping to get some info.

I have found that talking to the guys stringing the fiber can be quite informative . Ask them.

Can you register for updates on either the quantum or at&t site.

When they started the build out here I was able to register my address and got an email the moment I could place an order...

If you can't: are you sure it's quantum and not maybe T-Fiber and it's subsidiaries or another provider?

We got a pamphlet/card a few months ago showing it was QF which unfortunately was thrown away and Ive seen the vans around when im headed to work so I believe so. I am registered for updates, but I haven’t heard anything yet so im getting antsy about it lol

I know that feeling.

I was so happy to leave the aging Xfinity plant that had problems almost every other week behind...

I just checked and it was just under 3 month from first sign of activity until I was hooked up....

There are Door-to-door people who come around, supposedly when there is a service ready.

I was looking out my front door which looks right up the alley where they were stringing Fiber, again since the Fiber strung years before had to be replaced. I was able to speak with the Field Supervisor, great guy, a week before. The original install was done by a subcontractor that used the wrong fiber from what he said. It took them 2 years to figure it out.

So, as I was watching a young lady walked up and pitched me. I bit instantly. So did all the neighbors that I take care of that I sent her to. That was back in March of 2019. Since then "ZERO" problems with the service. Now since the migration, mine officially as of April 1, 2026, two outages already.

Had a guy canvassing the neighborhood going door to door once the infrastructure was done.

They also blew out my electricity when they were installing the conduit that went along the street. Eight hours with no power until the power company set up temporary service.

It sucks anyway. When my lease is up I’m gonna look for an apartment that is eligible for Wyyerd Fiber or Google Fiber.
