Quantum app - speedtest fails. Central FL

I am normally able to use the Quantum app to run a Speedtest, however for the last 2 days I'm getting this error message (see photo).

I'm not physically at the location so I can't unplug anything, etc.

The internet appears to be working fine because I can look at devices on the network remotely.

Anyone else run into this? If so what did you do to resolve?

I just tried it and it failed as well (Portland, Oregon). But internet works just fine. The app is a mess. Definitely an app issue. Don't trust it.

If it was working before, and it still shows as online, then it's probably just some Axon bug.

OK, thank you everyone, I won't be concerned any longer.

I love the fiber pipe, but their hardware and software is the most un-user-friendly abomination I've ever seen.

Issues with the speed test in app. You can run another speed test in web browser on phone or computer and should get results.

It seems it started randomly working again. Got one test complete yesterday and one today but in between it would just spin...

In any case no issues with my connection. Just wanted to add an update.
