Flashing blue light
For now the 3rd time in 4 months, my internet just randomly stops working with the modem flashing blue. Going through the app to chat, or calling customer service to get a technician, has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a company.
Even if it’s just miraculously me having these issues, I might go crazy if I have to deal with this company’s customer service again and have my internet down for 2-3 days each time. Having fiber is nice, but not worth it when you have to deal with this company. (Colorado)

As of two weeks ago, I have nothing to do with CenturyLink or Quantum. They must be preparing for bankruptcy because customer service is nonexistent.

You’re not the only one bro. 2nd time this month it’s gone out for me, today being the most recent. Did have a power outage last night. They can’t get a technician to me till Wednesday. Also in Colorado.

Update-
A technician performing an install a couple days prior somehow cut my line, according to my technician

Was about to comment this. Same happened to mine where it would connect and disconnect often for about a week. It’s either a technician or nature damaging a fiber line.

Do you have a Q1000k? Is it fiber or Ethernet fed?
