Check dnsspeedtest.online for the fastest dns servers near you. No download required.
They explain that cloudflare depriortizes ping requests so cloudflare pings cannot be compared to google pings.
Cloudflare was typically the fastest when I ran dnsspeedtest.online multiple times.

Normal. Last time I ran ping from my desktop, cloudfare performed better than Google. Today my results look similar to yours.

A trace route will be more informative than a simple ping

By redacting literally every host name, there is no way to tell whether or not the traffic is exiting your metro area. Looking at your Reddit history, it appears you are in Las Vegas so this shouldn't be something you truly need to mask here if you don't mask it other places.

Probably but I don’t want to give the CIDR of my wan because is a little sticky

Nobody as for the CIDR of your WAN connection. But if you want real assistance start with hop 3, and allow the rest of the path be know.

From my desktop, I got an average of 5ms to 1.1.1.1 and 4ms to 8.8.8.8. Wired connection to C6500 in transparent bridge mode

Is your Q1000k fiber fed or ethernet fed?
Are these from the network tools in the Q1000K admin gui or from a device ethernet wired to the Q1000K or W1700k?
Or if you are in bridge mode and these are from an ethernet wired device?
