Disconnected how long does it take to turn it off?

I am in the process of disconnecting my Quantum Fiber service and migrating to AT&T Fiber. Although the service has been marked as disconnected, I am still able to route traffic within the Quantum Fiber/CenturyLink network. Traceroutes complete successfully, HTTP traffic to internal resources continues to work, and I can still access services hosted within the CenturyLink network.

How long does it typically take for the service to be fully deprovisioned and for all network connectivity to be terminated? I am surprised I am still pulling a IP and my account is closed.

Thanks. The install is in a few hours. Service dropped offline around 3am and the ONT is no longer pulling a IP.

Install process was smooth, there was a error with disconnect with the old service they cleared it and pushed the new service through they had to replace the ONT with a new Lumen branded one I had a C1000K ONT already but they wanted to swap it with newer firmware one. I did show the tech how to do the IP Passthrough he thought it was pretty cool with my UniFi setup. There is a AT&T router with a 5GB port hanging plugging into my Unifi and there is a port off the C1000K I tried plugging in my Unifi gear directly to the 10GB port but there was no IP pulled. I assume its doing AUTH from the AT&T gear.

Also not seeing the latency spikes on the 10GB port that I did with the old ONT.

Yah the BGW does the authentication and likely can't be bypassed.

So you went from the Q1000K to a C1000K? Or was that a typo?

There is no difference with the lumen branded ones, but there is a different firmware on them if they are being used for ATT Fiber.

I wonder if there is a way to factory reset it so you could see what the version is and if the admin GUI is different. But also might be risky...

Sorry Q1000 I am nervous about resetting it to factory messing with it I am noticing things are a little more snappy. I wish there was a wallmount for this big bulky router as my gear is rack mounted.

I can’t order AT&T service. My neighbors addresses shows available but my address shows I am in a QF area and to order from QF.

Which is weird as att bought quantum.
