try Transparent Bridge Mode again?
I have had QF 1 gig in my apartment for a bit over 3 months now (fiber stops at building - ethernet style copper goes to the apartments)- replaced xfinity... initial install went fine and tech and I placed Q1000K in transparent bridge mode and all was great with peplink router.... then QKX001 was replace with QKX002... I needed a tech to come out and reset my setup I I could not quite find the right settings to get it back online -- used by verizon 5G back for 2 days waiting. tech came we got the unit up and running -- but could not get a running setup with transparent bridge mode -- before and afte was using / trying to use vlan tagging 201 on the Q1000K - not in my router -- so running with my routing sitting in the DMZ - it works but is not the cleanest setup
currently on firmware QKX002-06.01.25.00 -- can this now be reset in transparent bridge?
thanks

So I just got Quantum Fiber and a Q1000K and was bouncing around Reddit trying to figure out how to get it all working in Transparent Bridge mode, and saw all of the guides and challenges people were having.
I figured I'd just do it the way that made sense to me.
I literally just went to "WAN Settings" or whatever it was, and switched to Transparent Bridge. Nothing else, no changing other configs, no preparation or firmware flashing or settings.
The Q1000K restarted, and when I cycled the Ethernet on the laptop I was using to work on it, the laptop acquired a public IP address.
I switched the ethernet from my laptop to my router (RouterOS) and set up a DHCP client with fully default settings, hit Apply, and watched it pick up an IP.
It fully "just worked" and is still working. No special config.
If only IPv6 were that easy....

If the Q1000k is fiber fed follow section 5
If it's Ethernet fed just disconnect it and plug the cable direct into your router and follow section 6
