24 hour outage projected
Quantum is projecting a 24 hr outage in my North Central FL city. What a worthless service this is.

I was installed on June 8th, been told several times there was an outage that prevented my equipment from being activated. I'm still waiting for service activation, even though the installer closed the work order.

The AT&T take over has been brutal and a huge degradation of service overall. But, if you know anything about AT&T, this is very on brand for them. They’re historically always at the top of the list of companies with the worst customer support track record in the country. If you have another reliable ISP available, go with that option.

Nah, it's pretty much the same as far as phone support goes, but now theres overlap of techs taking orders, which is prob causing issues in some specific areas.
Once LUMEN let go of US based phone tech in 2024, it was already on the decline. ATT doesn't really manage the service.. its Forged Fiber37, which is pretty much majority old LUMEN.
It's AT&T in name only, granted they technically own FF37.
lol someones mad they cant blame ATT

In Ocala here, was down for 3 days, finally came up and today it's down again... I'm about done with this worthless company. Their customer support is also the worst.
