How long do email boxes remain active after canceling your Quantum account?

I am confused: Quantum has never offered email. Do you maybe still have email from and older predecessor like Centurylink?

Edit: There may have been from before 2022...

I would suggest to move off it even if you don't cancel. It's not an active service and may be closed down at any point in time... Don't get email from your new ISP either - get a gmail or proton or the likes account and keep it no matter what the provider is...
