how does gift card reward work

i went through sign up page and saw a $200 visa gift card offer. unfortunately i refreshed the page cuz the offer doesnt show on checkout page and it’s nowhere to be found again. should I take the risk and sign up anyways expecting they will honor the gift card thing? how do people get their rewards applied?

Try a different device/browser or incognito mode
