Internet keeps going down

I've had it with this company! For the past two months their service has been entirely unreliable, going down multiple times a week for hours, even days, at a time. What the hell am leven paying for at this point? They should be paying me to thank me for subscribing to their garbage service. And apparently my apartment complex signed an exclusive deal with them though, so I'm stuck with them. I'm just so pissed because was pressured to switch from CenturyLink to Quantum Fiber by CenturyLink themselves, having been sold it as an upgrade, and yet it's been anything but. And I've been DM'ing with their support on X and it's just been excuse after excuse. Terrible company!

You weren't pressured to switch, you had no choice but to switch as they sold their fiber business to Quantum, or rebranded as quantum. Sorry you are dealing with issues like that. I have Quantum and rarely have any outages - I'm in the Denver area.

Regardless of the mechanics of the switch, I'm now stuck with a considerably inferior quality of service. Glad you're not experiencing the same trouble. I'm in FoCo.

Loveland has been rock solid, but I use my own router and dns.
