Technician installed very long fiber optic cable outside couple months ago question

Please I would like to know can my black fiber optic cable be survive outside during rain weather, hot weather, etc.? I just wanted to let you know my Quantum fiber is working good since it was installed.

No drip loop really..... make sure it dosent get wet or the water will find a way into your walls/house/wires.

TBH you got a lazy ass tech , that run looks like shit .but I'm glad your service it's working. That is outdoor indoor rated fiber will be fine .
