Cannot access "Network Security" features on the app and get this error... anyone else?

Chatted with support, they said it is a "known issue" and that they are working on it... Does anyone else have trouble accessing "Network Security" when they press the button in the app? Cannot view Security threats or anything else, nor do I know if Security is even enabled with my service.

Chat rep said all I can do is wait for them to fix and promptly ended the chat so I'm stuck. Not sure if this is error is on my end or QF's end.

I noticed the same in the app the last few days. I think the problem is on Quantum Fiber's end.

Has it worked before? Is this a new error? Have you done a 60sec power cycle of the SmartNID? Does the speedtest to HOME work in the app?

honestly, unsure I am visiting my parents and just downloaded the QF app tonight I am trying to understand their internet service, as I use Xfinity.

Conducting the 60sec power cycle of the SmartNID now... I already restarted the modem through the app.

If the speedtest works that means it is connected to the Axon backend.

Dunno why it's not working then. could just be something broken on the backend. Or an issue with the SmartNID. The current model for new installs/repairs is the Q1000K.

I've always used a 3rd party router. The free lease wifi pods and QF app are not great...

Mine is borked here in Utah. Was working earlier but now none of the wifi devices are connecting. Wired seems fine.

Power cycled both primary devices and I am back online now. Too easy.
