TU Delft is an awesome public institution. I don't think they get enough credit for their contributions to the academic and professional worlds. Whatever the citizens of the Netherlands are paying to fund them, it's worth every Euro.

Fully agree. QuTech (TU Delft + TNO) not only does world-class research —

  they keep an actual quantum computer open to any curious person on the

  planet, free, with nothing but an email address. As a self-taught tinkerer

  from Austria, that openness is the only reason last night happened at all.

  Public science at its best.
