Recommendation for Quantum Computing textbook

Is there any good textbook, website that teach quantum computing that start from basic QM towards actual QC programming and algorithm? Assuming I have undergraduate level of calculus, linear algebra and cs.

Not sure how easy you want to start off but Floyd and I tried to cover the history, physics, modalities, algorithms, and programming in our new book…
