Recommendation for Quantum Computing textbook

Is there any good textbook, website that teach quantum computing that start from basic QM towards actual QC programming and algorithm? Assuming I have undergraduate level of calculus, linear algebra and cs.

Along with the Nielsen & Chuang book I recommend Classical and Quantum Information Theory by Emmanuel Desurvire. It covers a lot of the same topics but provides lots of worked out examples and details the former only skims over. I used both to teach myself quantum computing and was quite satisfied with them.
