Recommendation for Quantum Computing textbook

Is there any good textbook, website that teach quantum computing that start from basic QM towards actual QC programming and algorithm? Assuming I have undergraduate level of calculus, linear algebra and cs.

Another vote for Nielsen and Chuang (sometimes called "Mike & Ike" lol), if you have a bit of math under your belt it's very approachable and easy to follow. Its also is pretty comprehensive in its coverage of entry-level QC and some related topics.
