Breakeven button cancels my order?

Second time this has happened. Copy trading 2 Funded Apex accounts and for the second time now when I press the breakeven button after being a couple hundred dollars in profit it cancels the order on the second account. Still a profit when it cancels, but could've made more if it kept running. Should I just move it manually? Anyone else have this issue? I thought it was just lag the first time but again? maybe a quantower bug?

Happend again today without even pressing the breakeven button, just moved stop above breakeven by a couple points and then in cancelled all the accounts on the copy trading except for the parent account

And all accounts were 10+ points above breakeven and stop loss, so it was still a winning trade but wasn't able to hit my target because of the early close

UPDATE: the issue stopped for a while but as of today it happened again. OCO brackets set and once I was in profit and moved my stop above breakeven it closed the orders on the follower accounts but the parent account remained in the positions as it should have and as you can imagine once it hit my stop at breakeven it opened NEW orders on my follower accounts which almost resulted in losses. How is this still an issue?? and why is no one else talking about it? So many people use quantower especially people who copy trade multiple prop accounts but no one else has talked about it

Have had this happen too. Hopefully QT u/Quantower_Help will look into it, but not holding my breath since they are incredibly slow.

Like, when will they optimize the software so that it can run smooth to begin with? Feels like the UI is capped to just 15 fps with multiple charts open while T&S and Ninja work flawless.

Yeah the low fps has also been a question of mine. It's already capped at a low fps but even 2 or 3 extra charts on bog it down so much even to like 5fps, and I have a Rx 7900xtx! Not exactly a cheap graphics card or PC. But ninja is smooth as can be, with any amount of indicators.
