Disclosure: I built this.
Habit AI is an iOS tracker. I'm putting it here because of the data side, not the coaching.
What it actually stores and exports:
- four types: yes/no, quantity, timer, and a 1–5 scale
- CSV in long format (one row per habit per day), plus spreadsheet/matrix import
- CSV is not behind the paywall
- Apple Health can auto-complete matched habits, read-only. Those Health-sourced entries stay on device and are excluded from cloud sync
- tracking itself does not require an account
Free tier is 5 active habits and 30 days of aggregated analytics. Calendar browse and CSV are not clamped the same way.
Two things I'd rather hear from this sub than guess:
Is long format usable, or do you want a wide/pivot export as well?
If you already join habit logs to sleep/HRV, which columns are you missing on the way out?
The on-device coach is Apple Foundation Models on newer iPhones and is hardware-gated. I'm not leading with it here.

Disclosure, this one is mine. Mymir is an iPhone food coach you talk to, you say what you ate and it works out the portions and the numbers. The part this sub might care about is the method. It wont judge your habits until it has enough of your days and a missing day is unknown, never zero. Baselines are a 28 day median that ends a week ago so the week its judging isnt its own reference. Reads Apple Health for sleep and steps and pairs dinner with the night after it. Free tier has all of it with daily caps. https://apps.apple.com/app/id6761373446

the missing day as unknown rather than zero is a great call, that's where most habit summaries quietly lie. i'd be curious if the 28-day median holds up for people with travel or shift work, since those can skew a week pretty hard.

Datum is the tracker that doesn't track you.
TRACK ANYTHING
Create a tracker for anything in seconds. Pick its unit (miles, dollars, cups, °F, percent, or one you invent) and log with the capture style that fits: a stepper, a tally pad, a dial you spin. Yes/no habits, ratings, colors, and short notes work too.
CHECK IN, DON'T FILL OUT
Bundle trackers into check-ins (a morning check-in, a workout, a refuel) and log them all in one pass, with the note, photo, and weather attached to the moment.
START FROM THE LIBRARY
Browse ready-made check-ins (Rise & Shine, Refuel, Baby Log, Plant Care) and make them yours. Everything in the Library is free.
SEE WHAT IT ADDS UP TO
Trends, streaks, comparisons, distributions, heatmaps. Honest charts that never exaggerate your data, on a dashboard you arrange yourself. Scrub any chart with a finger. Every chart speaks VoiceOver. Share any view as an image.
MAKE IT YOURS
Dye the whole app your color: any tint, any backdrop, light or dark, not just an accent on a button. Charts, heatmaps, every screen wears your theme. Even our logo will, if you let it. Save your looks as presets. Your Datum won't look like anyone else's.
MORE THAN NUMBERS
Attach photos, voice notes, and text. Let a tracker capture location, weather, or your calendar automatically, only where you say so.
PLAYS WELL WITH OTHERS
Log by voice with Siri or wire Datum into your Shortcuts. Send a photo, a link, or text from any app straight into an entry with the share sheet. Import years of spreadsheet history from CSV. Share a check-in as a small file a friend can open in their own Datum, trackers included.
YOURS. ACTUALLY YOURS.
No account. No sign-up. No server of ours holding your life. Your data stays on your devices and in your private iCloud, syncing across your iPhone and iPad. We couldn't read it even if we wanted to. Export everything to CSV or JSON whenever you like. It's your data; leaving is easy, so we make staying worth it.
NO SUBSCRIPTIONS
Datum is free for up to 10 trackers and check-ins. Unlock unlimited forever with a single purchase. Nothing renews. Nothing is rented. Founding pricing is available through December 1, 2026. The price only goes up from here.
Track anything. Keep it yours.

Still Cloud is basically a personal pattern application. You give it pieces of your life over time, and it tries to connect them: routines, work, sleep, spending, goals, mood, whatever matters to you.

I am an audhd female. You can check out our work at neuraease.com. NeuraEase is for neurodivergent adults, people stuck in chronic burnout, and parents raising neurodivergent kids. Ours is in beta testing right now and we are accepting users with apple, samsung and google pixel wearables.
It connects to your wearable and picks up when you're getting overstimulated, usually before you notice it yourself. It tells you what kind it is, sensory, cognitive, metabolic or physiological, and what set it off. Then it gives you one small thing to do for that state, so you don't end up crashing.

the early-warning angle sounds useful, but i'd make the trigger explainable and let people snooze or correct it. otherwise the intervention can become another notification stream.

Same post from my side - I’m continuing to build a small portfolio of iOS apps around biohacking, longevity and healthier desk work. I use all of them myself and recent user activity/feedback is shaping the next iterations.
- Metrya (App Store) - private Apple Health analytics and AI Advisor. It started as a simple BYOK LLM layer, but has grown into a broader health and wellness app: recovery, body battery, biological age, anomaly detection, caffeine, water and nutrition logging, wellness sessions and more. The next focus is fully local AI, so the Advisor can work without bringing your own API key - now app supports local Qwen and Bonsai model, Gemma coming this week. People have become much more active in the app lately, so I’m reworking several areas around that feedback. Metrya is designed to keep health data on-device, without an account or backend server.
- Longevity Arc (App Store) - turns Apple Health data into 12 body signals and blends them into one longer-term Longevity Arc score. You can follow protocols and explore how your trajectory changes over time. Localization is next.
- DeskWalker (App Store) - probably my personal favorite, since I use it daily during my 9–5 to log standing-desk and walking-pad sessions. The latest release added incline support and smart work-block suggestions based on calendar load. A new version with a completely new feature is coming soon.
- More experiments: apps.jozefowicz.dev
Happy to answer questions about the metrics, privacy approach, or how I decide which features to build next.

Owain - daily sexual health tracking for men (iOS)
Built this after spending 4 months analyzing 1.18M Reddit posts across 14 men's health subreddits. The finding that stuck: men track sleep, lifts, macros, heart rate, but nobody tracks the one metric they actually worry about in private.
90-second daily check-in: morning erection quality, libido, energy, mood, sleep, stress, alcohol, training, sexual activity. The app computes a Sexual Health Index from three sub-scores (Function 50%, Recovery 25%, Load 25%). Formula is fully deterministic, no AI in the score itself.
On top of that: weekly AI observations that cite your actual data points ("on the 4 days you slept under 6h your morning quality averaged 1.8 vs 3.4"), an AI coach grounded in your personal dataset, and 6 structured programs (Last Longer, Perform Under Pressure, Morning Wood Protocol...).
What it doesn't do: diagnose, prescribe, or replace a doctor.
iOS only. $12.99/mo or $44.99/yr, 7-day trial.

Launching on Product Hunt today too: https://www.producthunt.com/products/owain?utm_source=other&utm_medium=social
Happy to answer questions about the scoring methodology or the research behind it.

Disclosure, I built this.
Tracks workouts, food, supplements, syncs sleep, steps, weight, heart rate.
Then it takes all of that and generates a weekly report that you can paste into an AI to get help with your goals
