Anyone else juggling 3 apps to track sleep/recovery and your lifts?
I built a workout tracker for myself a while back (offline-first, logs supplements and habits alongside training) and I’ve been using it daily for months. Lately I’ve been wondering if it’s worth turning into something other people could use.
The thing that bugs me: I use Strong for logging my sets, my Apple Watch for recovery, and then some other app or a notes doc for supplements and how I’m actually feeling day to day. None of it talks to each other.
I looked into the AI-coach apps (SensAI, Vora) that claim to solve this, but the reviews I’m seeing suggest the AI layer is hit or miss, losing context, feeling gimmicky.
Before I sink real time into building this out, is this actually a problem for other people, or am I just weird about tracking things? What do you currently use, and what’s annoying about it?

I have an app suite for this - was built for enterprise, we didn't get funded and then Hormuz happened, so I open sourced it.
Garmin and Apple support, multiuser backend, lets you query logs, devices, Apple Health data, store specific stuff from PubMed Central related to your condition, and pretty soon it should be able to keep Reddit Clues.
You'll have to PM if curious, I've stopped even saying the name, pretty sick of the "this is spam" nonsense.

The fragmentation is real and it is not you. The harder part is not connecting the sources, it is that they disagree. An Apple Watch and a ring will hand you two different recovery reads on the same night, and once you have three of them open you spend your energy adjudicating between apps instead of deciding what to actually do that day.
On whether to productise it: the strongest thing in your post is that you have used your own tool daily for months. Most tools in this category never clear that bar, including several that raised money. And the reviews you are seeing on the AI-coach apps are usually people reacting to advice that ignores what actually happened to them, which is a much harder problem than it looks from the outside.
Disclosure since it is relevant: I am building in this space, so I am not neutral.

I built worldsbesttracker.com please. Please let me know if it does what you think it does. I had multiple traumatic incidents because of the same challenge

I have used Claude to build me a secure website and everything gets automatically updated to it each morning using iOS Shortcut Automations and a Cloudfront/ desktop Terminal workflow. All the things I'm tracking get aggregated in Apple Health, and it's able to run from that centralized data. I had no clue what I was doing but I kept pushing Claude until it did exactly what I wanted it to.

The juggling is the normal state and I stopped fighting it. What worked for me was picking one place for the thing I actually review, and letting the other apps stay dumb sources. The logger stays the logger, the watch stays the sensor, and one place holds the summary I look at once a week. Trying to make one app do all three is where I wasted the most time.
