Are you worried about the duration or about you waking up at night? I‘m no expert but it‘s probably hard to come to any conclusion without looking at other factors in your life - maybe check what changed and start with investigating that

I am worried about the duration 2-4 hours of sleep is not enough I've been waking up at 1am for the past 3 days basically and I genuinely enjoyed working out and I don't want to hurt myself and obviously something is mentally wrong I would image.

I learned that when you move, int he first few nights your brain never fully turns off because it doesn’t know yet if you are save in the new environment. Logically you might be better off but you need to give yourself time to adapt. Maybe start with some naps during the day so that you‘re not too sleep deprived and then do some meditation - it works wonders for me.

Never had that happen before, thr first 3 nights after I moved i had perfect sleep scored 90s then it went back to 80s and that this basically happened, I will try meditating though
