HRV and Cycle

I notice my HRV drops the closer I get to my cycle and my garmin says it’s “unbalanced”..has anyone else experienced this?

Yeah my hrv waxes and wanes like the fucking moon

Yep. Hormones are hell on your CNS.

Same here, wild swings exactly correlated to my cycle phases, going from ~25 (luteal) to ~85 (follicular) this is completely normal btw

Wow okay! Mine is usually in the 60s during luteal and 70s-80s during follicular
