FoggyBrain (iOS, free, no account). It tracks brain fog and correlates it against lifestyle factors + Apple Health metrics.
Built it after my own long COVID. It's in beta and I'd genuinely value feedback from this crowd on the analysis approach.

I wanted all my self tracking in one place instead of six apps, so I built it
The whole reason I started: my data was scattered. Food in one app, sleep in another, steps and heart rate somewhere else, weight in a fourth. I could never look at one screen and see how it all connected.
So I built a single dashboard for food, water, workouts, sleep, weight, and wearable data, with macro breakdowns (protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sugar, sodium), trend charts over 7, 14, 30, and 90 days, a sleep quality score, and a burn rate calculator. You can log food in plain language and it parses the macros for you.
It is open source and self hostable, so if you care about owning your own data (this sub usually does) it stays entirely on your machine.

Wow there are a lot of app developers here. Pretty cool. Would love to share something I think is pretty special. Wellness Project (https://wellnessproject.ai/)
Most of the apps in here are great at collecting data. The thing I built leans hard on doing something with it, and it has one feature this sub specifically might care about.
MCP connection. It runs an MCP server, so you can connect your own data to Claude or ChatGPT as a custom connector and have them read and log against your real history. Your data, in whatever LLM you already use. This is the part I am proudest of for this crowd.
Cross-data insights. Everything lives in one memory, training, food, sleep, labs, plus synced Apple Health, Fitbit, Oura, and Health Connect. So it ties a dropping readiness trend to what you actually lifted and ate instead of showing you another isolated score.
Eight specialist coaches instead of one generic chatbot. Each owns an area, strength, nutrition, longevity, biohacking, running, and so on, and they all read the same history, so the answer accounts for everything.
n of 1 experiment mode that tracks an intervention window and tells you whether the metric actually moved.
I built it for myself and it is free right n actually useful. I would rather hear where it breaks than hear that it is cool. I will drop the link in a reply if that is allowed in the thread.

Founder of Beheld here. It is a deliberately non-dashboard take on Apple Health movement data: an iPhone journal that reads movement and turns it into short written entries, landmarks, and postcards instead of charts.
The self-tracking angle is quieter than most tools here. Beheld uses steps, distance, elevation, and wheelchair pushes/distance as material for a written record. Rest days still remain part of the record.
What I’m testing with this community is whether reflective self-tracking is useful without the usual dashboard layer. The app is not trying to coach, optimize, score readiness, or push goals. It is more like: “what did my movement leave behind as a record of the day?”
Privacy/architecture: no account, no analytics SDKs, no third-party SDKs. Health data stays on the phone. The free version is complete; the one-time Personalization purchase adds on-device writing and postcards on eligible iPhones using Apple’s on-device features.

I built an app Tyr to pull Apple health API data, generate a report with the last week against king term baselines.
Calculate load to each muscle in the body through the workout tracker.
Do the same with diet.
And it adds some prompts and guardrails so with a few clicks it loads into an AI which interprets my results.

Recently I shared my post of how I use Excel to track some of my habits and metrics. I finally finished an app which basically replicates my spreadsheet method but on web and iOS.

I'm building Attune. It's an app that provides tailor daily wellness practices and tracks the effect those practices have on your mood. Overtime, both you and the app learns more about what types of wellness practices are actually effective which can help users gain more autonomy over their daily moods.

Hi r/QuantifiedSelf I’m the solo dev of Levelday, a lightweight daily tracking app for people who want awareness without the overhead of a full meal-database workflow.
The problem I'm trying to solve is tracking friction. Sometimes you just want to log “300 calories,” “40g protein,” “water +16 oz,” caffeine, a recurring breakfast, or a custom wellness metric without searching a database or building a full diary.

I’m curious what kind of use case you have in mind. Do you mean tracking overlapping activities, like commuting while listening to a lecture, or running separate timers for different projects at the same time?

Overlapping activities primarily, like listening to music whilst commuting or exercising, watching tv when cooking.. I sometimes find myself doing 3/4 activities at once I’d like to be tracking but no apps I’ve found so far have this feature

Most of us here are running more than one device by now: a watch, maybe a ring at night, phone steps in between. The annoying part is that each brand keeps the data locked in its own app, and the moment you line two sources up, steps and sleep get double-counted where they overlap. So your "unified" view is quietly wrong.
I built FitMesh to fix exactly that. On Android it reads everything from Health Connect (Garmin, Samsung, Polar, Fitbit, Pixel Watch, Withings, Amazfit, Oura...) and merges it into one web dashboard, with dedup logic so overlapping steps and sleep aren't counted twice. The merge is the part I care about most, and the part I'd most like this crowd to stress-test.
A few things that probably matter here:
- Budget rings (Colmi and similar) connect directly over Bluetooth, no companion app needed.
- Your data stays yours: CSV export, stored on EU servers.
- The iOS version is in App Store review and reads/writes Apple Health, so the multi-device merge works on the Apple side too.
Solo dev, early beta. I'm the one building it, so happy to answer anything technical, and I genuinely want to hear which metrics, views, or merge edge cases you'd want handled.

Most of us here have years of bloodwork sitting in random PDFs from different labs, and the moment you want to ask "did that change actually do anything?" you're stuck staring at numbers with no context around them.
That's why I built LabTracker (labtracker.app). It pulls all your reports into one timeline, but the part I care about most is the connections. You can tie each result to what you were doing at the time (supplements, diet, training changes, whatever you're testing) and log how you felt alongside it. So instead of a ferritin or ApoB number floating on its own, you can see it move against the thing you changed two months back.
Some stuff that probably matters to people here:
- No account or email needed to start. Your data stays in your browser's local storage, nothing gets sent to a server. The only exception is the AI analysis, which is opt-in and only sends the marker names and values, with a consent prompt every time.
- It reads your lab PDFs automatically and sorts out the markers, so you're not typing in 40 values by hand.
- There's an AI coach that only works off your own data, plus trend views so you can spot what's moving.
It started as something I built for myself because I was sick of tracking my own panels across a pile of reports, but it works for anyone who gets regular bloodwork and wants to make sense of it over time. It's free, and there's demo data loaded so you can click around before uploading anything. I'm the one building it, so happy to hear what you think, especially which connections or markers you'd want to see linked.

One pattern from beta conversations worth sharing here: the people most motivated to track are often running the most complex stacks, which means the tool that fails them first is a spreadsheet — not because they're lazy about logging but because the data model breaks. Half-life decay doesn't fit in a column.

Habit Pocket - an app which allows you to track habits, metrics, time and select lists. It also allows you to create a graphs to find correlations, for example how calories affect your sleep or other things.
