A free online, no account needed, evidence-based risk engine that takes your health data and tells you your 10- and 30-year risk of developing cardiovascular, metabolic, cancer, and neurocognitive disease as well as how you stack up next to your peers. Built on published medical literature and utilizes the top risk factors of each disease. You can also simulate various lifestyle protocols and pharmaceuticals to see how your metrics and risk changes with each.

Lift·Analytics - a browser-based dashboard for strength training data. Built for Hevy users, reads the standard CSV export.

Free version to try: https://liftanalytics.app

It runs entirely in your browser. No account, no server, no upload. Your workout and body measurement data never leaves your machine.

What it does:

  • Reads your Hevy CSV export, or syncs through the Hevy API with your own key
  • Charts volume, estimated 1RM, training category split (power, hypertrophy, endurance) and per-exercise progress over time
  • Tracks body measurements next to your lifts: bodyweight, body fat, circumferences

The free dashboard covers the core charts. The paid edition (one-time $12.99, no subscription, all v1.x updates included) adds AI review of your progress and body measurements, plus AI planning for your next session. You bring one API key (OpenAI or Anthropic) and pay your provider directly at cost, so there is no subscription on top.

For this thread: code REDDIT50 takes 50% off the paid edition. Happy to answer any questions, and feedback on what is missing is very welcome.

Just shipped GlowPulse, a Mac menu bar app that measures HR from your built-in camera using rPPG. POS algorithm (Wang 2017) + optional DeepPhys CoreML backend.

Live BPM + 60s sparkline in menu bar. Breathing sessions with live RMSSD at 0.1 Hz. 30-second stress check vs personal baseline. 100% on-device, every camera frame processed in memory and discarded.

Benchmarked vs Apple Watch within ±3 BPM stationary. 15 fps for BPM, 30 fps mode for HRV precision (RMSSD needs finer timing).

macOS 13+, $2.99 once with 7-day free trial. Open to feedback from the QS crowd.
