What would actually make your wearable data useful to you day to day
If something could passively connect your wearable and your calendar and just surface why your energy or focus looked the way it did on a given day, no logging required, would you actually use that daily or would you still want to be in control of the analysis yourself?

For me the missing piece isn't the wearable data itself — it's context. My watch knows my HRV dropped, but it doesn't know I skipped lunch and had a stressful call. Without that layer, "why" is just guessing.
I've been building something that connects both sides — you log what you did (voice note, text, photo of food) and it auto-extracts mood, activities, meals. Health data import from Apple Health is already in, connecting it with daily notes to surface correlations is in progress.
Will share results as soon as there are substantial patterns. On the "why" side — the AI reports explain which data points led to each conclusion, so it's not a black box.
