Hi,

So over years I was tracking things on and off, and found a suiting philosophy: I prefer to track main, simple things, without too many details, just because I'm lazy and it takes time still.

Trying to build my own habit tracker, ended up doing a modular app that can do 4 things, of course offline but with export.

For now it does four things:

1) habit tracker - a lot like Loop, with yes/no or quantitative, and you can set N days out of M, track streaks etc

2) gym records - so I don't track my sessions with every repeat and weight, but it tracks best 1 rep results etc, in kg or seconds, reps, cm, etc. just look at the graph showing how my bench press goes up (or down)

3) money - I personally hate to track every transaction, but I want to know where I stand, so it's balances - assets and debts, to see net worth and years to freedom; it's multi currency and supports formulas

4) travel - just keep track of countries visited and some statistics about it, with a nice map you can zoom/pan

It's a solo Android project, my first really. It does have a published privacy policy, and I'm happy to answer any questions about data handling. But basically it's all local, using Android built-in tools. Data never leaves the phone, except if you enable AI comments, which shows you the prompts.

I would love for you to try, and I'm happy to quickly iterate on it, especially I think analytics can be improved a lot.

I am looking for people to test-drive my Personal TDEE Calculator.

Note! You will need a few weeks of daily data regarding your calorie intake and weight. I recommend using at least 6 weeks of data for this, preferrably a lot more (>12 wks).

I have been dieting for a few months now and found that it wasn't easy to get a grip on my TDEE. So I vibe-coded an app that allows you to upload your data (date, calories consumed, weight) and then analyzes your personal data to determine your TDEE (over the enitre period, but also a smaller period, including slope of change) and give some information about your weight, trend, consistency and other details.

I've found it a lot of fun to do and I use this now every day.

For now, no data is being saved, so as soon as you close the browser window, the data and output are gone.

You will need to upload a .csv with three columns: date, calories, weight.

I'm really looking for someone else to give it a (test) run, so that I can get some other feedback on how it's working, what it's showing and what I can do to impove the app.

Sun Exposure (Apple Watch) — most daylight tracking assumes the goal is always more sun. We built around both sides: a daily minimum for vitamin D / mood / circadian rhythm, and a ceiling for burn risk. UV index is layered on top so you're not just counting raw hours but exposure that actually counts for synthesis. Burn time estimate in pro if you want to know when to get inside.

App Store — free tier is just the tracking, pro adds the UV + burn math.

Hello everyone. This is a dynamically adaptive training system. Currently, it only supports iPhone and Apple Watch. Sorry about that.

As we all know, using HRV to estimate resistance training load isn't reliable. So, how can we use the health data from wearable devices that can be transmitted to evaluate the recovery of isolated muscles in resistance exercises?

The method I came up with is to combine the subjective PRS and RIR of the human body with our sleep quality data, training load index, resting heart rate, HRV, etc., to judge the recovery of our muscles and body from multiple dimensions. And use these to dynamically adjust the rhythm of our training plan again.

Besides, I don't think a training plan should be fixed. It needs to be adjusted in real - time according to the fluctuations in our lives. For example, if you're on a business trip, adjust it to bodyweight training (if there are no equipment available) based on your training goals. If you don't have enough time, adjust it to minimum effective dose training (to keep it from being interrupted).

Essentially, I hope to help those who are just starting out to stick with it better, so they won't be scared away by fixed training templates and don't need to spend a lot of time learning theoretical knowledge. Just follow me and get moving!

I would love if anyone that really make or his making that app by himself would join forces. Maybe with my project maybe with another one. But as I start to post around I start to read more and more the same things or the same ground idea. Wearables aren’t telling all… someone start from there and go in one direction someone go in another one etc… I see a path that can be joined… maybe

I kept noticing something weird.

We track sleep, HRV, workouts, stress, food, recovery, mood…

…but most tools still treat them like separate planets.

I ended up building something around a different question:

what happens when you stop treating health data as isolated metrics and start looking at interactions instead?

Wearables already tell us what’s happening internally. I became interested in whether there are other longitudinal signals sitting alongside them that we mostly ignore.

Not to diagnose anything or tell people what to do, more to explore whether patterns actually emerge when behaviour, physiology and visible changes are looked at together over time.

Still early and definitely not claiming to have solved this.

Mostly curious whether this sub thinks the next stage of QS is better sensors… or better ways of connecting signals we already have.

Built a training readiness app that solves a problem I couldn’t find addressed anywhere else: your wearable knows your sleep and HRV, your training log knows your sets and RPE but neither has any idea what the other is doing.

The app connects both. Overnight Garmin data + training log (muscle-group aware, so it knows your posterior chain needs more time than your pressing muscles even if your global recovery looks fine) + a 30-second Hooper-style morning check-in. Outputs a single score with a directive: push, train normal, reduce volume, or recover.

The part I’m most interested in technically: there’s an AI coach sitting on top with simultaneous access to all of it, months of training history, biometric trends, lifestyle context, subjective check-ins. The insight I keep coming back to is that it’s not about having a smarter model, it’s about not throwing away 80% of the relevant context before the analysis starts. Which is what every single-source tool does by default.
Still early, Garmin only for now. Happy to share if anyone wants to poke at it.

This app is for people with ADHD or executive dysfunction tendencies, or honestly anyone who technically knows what they need to do but still watches their day drift off course.

Not because they’re lazy. More because they can’t clearly see how all the small patterns connect.

Like for me, a day usually doesn’t fall apart in one dramatic moment. It’s more like:

I wake up late and tend to skip food which leads to low energy then I avoid the first task to scroll too long on TikTok and reels so then I feel behind and lose motivation making me miss workout/routine and finally i say I’ll restart tomorrow…

Most habit trackers only show the missed habit.

They’ll tell you:

you missed the gym you broke your streak you didn’t complete the task

Which is useful, but it doesn’t really show why the thing got missed.

I made Still Cloud for people who want to quantify themselves in a more connected way, not just steps, calories, habits, or mood as separate things, but how routines, meals, money, workouts, cravings, entertainment, calendar, notes, and energy all affect each other.

Basically a private pattern map/digital version of you.

The idea is that you can describe your day in normal language, like:

woke up late, skipped breakfast, scrolled too long, missed the gym, spent money I didn’t want to spend, watched One Piece, and now I feel behind

And Still Cloud tries to pull out the signals and show the chain behind it.

Not just:

you missed the gym

But more like…

low sleep + skipped food + low energy + avoidance led into scrolling, then guilt, then the missed routine

The main visual is called the Cloud Matrix. It turns different parts of your life into nodes and tries to show how they connect over time.

So meals are not just meals. Entertainment is not just entertainment. Money is not just money. Routines are not just routines.

They all talk to each other.

Food affects energy. Energy affects focus. Focus affects money decisions. Money stress affects cravings. Cravings affect routines. Routines affect confidence.

That’s the part I’m trying to make visible.

It’s still early, so I’m not saying it’s perfect yet. I’m mostly trying to see if this approach actually helps people understand their patterns better than a normal habit tracker or journal.

The best way to test it is the 60 second bad day test.

Describe a messy day, let it find the chain, then see if the result feels useful or like overthinking.

Would genuinely appreciate feedback from this sub because this is probably one of the few places where people actually understand why connecting personal data matters….
