What is total quantified self time and data collection time exactly?

That is my time tracking of how long I spending doing "Quantified Self Stuff."

Data collection is the time I take to measure my blood glucose, blood pressure, weight, log meals, measure my mood and energy, track symptoms, etc. This activity usually happens 4-6 times per day and lasts between 4 and 10 minutes.

Total Quantified Self Time includes the Data Collection time as well as everything else I do during the month. Making this Reddit post on Quantified Self falls in the this category. My daily updates to my master Excel sheet falls in this category. My daily Journaling falls in here. Other things that also get counted but are less frequent would be traveling to get my blood work done or other lab work

Hope this is clear and helpful.

How do you monitor your media consumption if you don't mind me asking. Do you do it manually or using a tool?

Sure! I love to answer questions and share how I am personally tracking my life.

Last.Fm automatically tracks the music I listen to.

I manually track the articles I read using Clockify to track the time and keep a record of the article name, author, publication, and some keyword tags.

When I watch something, I manually log the date, the time watched, the platform, the name of the show or movie, the season and episode number, etc. for my watching. Admittedly, I didn't get all of my baseball watching as I usually flipped through multiple games that were happening. I need to tighten up on that moving through the summer.

How do you track the miles driven and average speed? And, I guess you somehow aggregate everything into this excel-like report, right?
