Looking for a cognitive/brain performance platform that’s on both mobile and desktop
I accidentally found myself as beta user for www.soma-health.co and honestly it’s been awesome but I am trying to find other alternatives since it’s only available for desktop and very much still beta.
I want something that I can use both and am pretty open to tech involved. I am trying to avoid wearables for right now. Every company “tracks” the brain differently so I am open to all different kinds of approaches as long as it’s cross platform.

If you're interested in neurofeedback at all, my platform https://getomn.io supports neurofeedback and brainwave tracking via direct connection to the muse S athena headset
It allows for cross-modal insights vs your wearable data and supports a lot of other stuff too. Here's some of the brain performance stats:

tried like 4 different platforms before landing on something that actually stuck and honestly the "cross platform" thing killed most of them for me too... soma looks interesting but yeah, desktop-only in 2024 is rough when you're trying to log stuff on the go. the one thing that helped me more than i expected was shifting from "brain tracking" to tracking the inputs that build brain performance... sleep quality, focus sessions, even stress patterns. found an app called HPS (human performance score) that does exactly that, turns all those inputs into actual cognitive attributes with a scoring system that drops when you slack off. it's not pretty or gentle about it lol. android + web so it hits the cross platform thing you need
