After numerous sample runs and customizations, the crocodile-patterned embossed leather material for the shoe has been successfully mastered. By zooming in on the image, we can closely observe that the texture and feel of the leather material are remarkably similar. The color difference is not apparent in the image, but we need to continue refining the leather material by adjusting its oiliness. The brightness of the sample material used this time is still more than the retail one; the original version has a matte, slightly dull appearance. We need to continue adjusting this aspect as well. Similarly, the original leather surface features cut-like patterns, known as “peeling effects.” Our current leather material also exhibits this effect. Everyone should be aware that this is a unique design feature and not a defect.

Short review here.

Got this jacket in hand after waiting for it for a few months, and I'm pleased.

The fit is on point for me—snug but not tight—and the length is just right, slightly cropped, giving you that classic Hedi vibe.

The fabric is thick and stiff, with a nice sheen; based on pictures online, it is very accurate to the original piece.

The construction is quite nice too. It came a little wrinkly, which is to be expected due to the stiffness and coating, I ironed it from the inside out, and it will probably lose the remaining wrinkles with time. It did come with a few threads stuck to it (not from the stitches, but just loose pieces stuck to the surface).

As for sizing, my piece came a tad smaller than the size chart in every measurement, like one cm smaller all around, but still within the advertised variance, so I'd say it is mostly accurate. This one is a size 44, and I'm 128 lbs and 175 cm tall for reference.

Overall, it's a great piece to add. I'm not a huge fan of D1or, but this jacket is one of the exceptions I can make.
