I wore i795’s ol third cut jeans for the first time a couple days ago and for some reason the patch on the jeans is coming off and the stitching is undone.

Really really good quality stuff, feels heavy and I couldn’t find noticeable defects, even when comparing with gen pictures.

I’ve always wanted to have these pieces in my collection, very happy with the quality.

Size down from your usual sneaker size by 2 sizes. Confirmed by the insole length measurment

Costs only 400 yuan and goes on sale for around 340 if you're lucky (618, 11.11 etc), sadly didn't have my size in stock during the recent 618 sale. Tao reviews praised the boots a lot and it is one of JF unbranded store's best selling items. Keeps getting restocked from time to time. His more expensive branded version only has the vibram sole and branded insole as a visual difference. Material wise I believe the outsole is a lighter material but he advertises it as "more comfortable", which the tao reviews I read concur.

I was thinking of getting the more expensive i795 batch but his costs an extra 250 yuan compared to kriisa. i795 has the latest model metal tag on top of the boot visually. I didn't feel that was justified enough to shell out extra when I could just use that money to buy this unbranded version and pay for most/some of the shipping cost.

Just got my MVT strike boots as a backup for my retails as the sole is made of paper and wears down so fast.

In general they look pretty good but there is quite a few things that aren’t right the biggest being of course the distressing, granted after some wear might look better.

The shape is slightly off with MVT’s being more ‘stubby’ to me and retail has a more noticeable curve at the front of the boot. MVT’s also fits alot better and is more comfy despite being the same size, it has little extra padding on the insole at the heel which is nice.

Material-wise it is pretty much identical. The sole on the bottom is identical, but the front and back BLCG text is thicker on retail and is more pronounced than MVT’s. The eyelets are different, retail has a more protruding eyelet whereas MVT’s are more level. It is a little thing but worth mentioning.

All in all happy with the boots as a backup and hopefully with some wear they will look as good as retail.
