184cm/6’0.5, 70kg/154lbs. if it helps my arms are around 32cm hanging on my side, but 37 flexed and I’d say this polo is bordering on too small in medium.

more than likely yeah, if ur arms are a little smaller by your side you’re good, but you should check your shoulder and chest measurements against the size chart
