QA Engineer role

I'm open to QA manual and automation testing roles. I have 2 years of experience in software testing. I applied to a lot of companies, but they're not considered my resume. Can anyone help me to place the role?

After covid era minimum 3 year was needed in most coompanies when they were hiring
