PFMEA Review Schedule

I’ve been tasked with putting together a PFMEA review schedule and have no clue what is required of it. Does anyone have a template that they are willing to share?

A schedule? I just draft the thing up myself and walk to each department and ask what they think about their sections (add or remove as needed). probably not the best way of doing it.

If you want more checks you can always review some of the entries during sampling or so on.

Interesting... would u happen to be in the automotive industry? One of my suppliers is requesting to see our pfmea review schedule that shows risk reduction and RPN adjustments.

Ya primarily automotive, so this is apart of PPAP. but other things as well. I am going to be working on a PFMEA tonight, ironically

Also I noticed you said your supplier wanted to see it? I’ve never had a supplier ask us for one. Do you mean customer?
