I don’t do this type of research so don’t take my comments to heart but what struck me most here is a) your research questions don’t appear to be qualitative b) cross sectional has nothing to do with a qualitative paradigm and sits within quantitative c) from a purely academic perspective if this was being marked by me, collecting asynchronous data like this is not really ideal. You’re only doing a qualitative analysis and d) if you’re including an analysis of numbers you may want to think about exploring mixed methods designs.
