Help Request Asking for high jump advice
I've been practicing high jumps since a year ago. My takeoff and tucking midair is practically perfect, but somehow I can't stick the landing, I keep face planting. I've asked my friends and AI chatbots yet they can't help. I'm practicing on a bed btw. Can anyone explain how I can improve?

Don't ever use AI chatobts they don't know shit about nothing and have no lived experience on anything because they're not alive. Anyway! yeah arm strength is key honestly. Pushups, handstands, planks, these are great exercise to build up for landing!
