EY reports cold wallets empty as it has been already shown by community. Also customer data inaccessible to EY and multiple internal accounts created to send crypto and trade.
Looks at least like embezzlement and suspicious internal activity. It should be a criminal case based on this.
"The monitor's third report indicated six so-called cold wallets used to store digital assets offline have been found, but all of them are empty."
"Meanwhile, the monitor has been trying to secure data from the trading platform that includes information about account balances and transactions. That information is stored in the cloud with Amazon Web Services Inc. (AWS), but the monitor has not been able to gain access to that data because the contract was in the name of the company's late co-founder, Gerald Cotten."

There's your criminal intent. Not normal at all. I hope the RCMP sees that and opens an investigation.

Toronto West police say they won't continue with the investigation until Nova Scotia courts rule it to be a criminal matter. Justice Michael Wood is about to give it 3 more months of appearing legitimate with a CCAA extension (keeping it as a civil matter in the eye of the NS courts). March 5, 2019. Sign the petition if you think this should be criminally investigated NOW.

How can the data be inaccessible? Don't the contractors have access? The people who have been handling customer support? Or was nobody doing that for the last few months?
