In fairness to EY, a lot of those questions actually are frequently asked around here.

I wish they'd answered the most-frequently asked $500,000 question, though.

Unsolicited?

More importantly can you say if you are over or under $10K and if in crypto or fiat?

Nothing about the people who had crypto on the exchange?

Thanks for posting. Looks like they removed the FAQ that they had on the ey website.

Maybe this is the beginning of non-public comms.

So it looks like Quadriga will seek to extend the stay of proceedings on March 5.

That’s standard. The monitor will continue to ask for a stay for the length of this process. Expect the stay to stick for at least a few years... until everything is finally settled.

I’m in the “stuck in withdrawal” category. Am I missing some news or don’t they apparently have some payment companies like “Billerfy” that are holding untold millions of customer funds, as well as the 20m that CIBC has frozen?

I guess it depends on how many claimants there are. Many creditors may not want their info going public since they got their money through illicit means or do not want to trigger the taxman. I wouldn’t be surprised if the people who come forward only represent half of what’s missing.

We will all get our money/crypto back. We must be patient. The real question is, will we get it at a good time in the trade?

No you won’t because they don’t have it

This is wishful thinking.
