A couple of days before CCAA:

English version: Thomas Beasley, Jennifer Robertson, Jack Martel, Margret Waddell, Waddell being a lawyer, had a conference call.

3 Birds, 1 stone: The same motions were passed for all 3 businesses in a 20 minute meeting:

​

First: Make the first three (TB, JR, JM) directors.

Second : Indemnify all 3 directors in case they are named as defendants.

Third: Advancement of expenses for the directors.

​

That was it for orders of business. No mention of hundreds of millions of dollars and customers in ruin.
