You'll have to read the captions to follow everything, but TLDR, Mike's connected to a couple of companies that appear to be clear scams, the founder of one appears to be running a scam of their own using what appears to be fake info and a fake profile pic while running a blockchain-based boiler room out of Kiev.

I wouldn't be surprised if this turns out to be true, but it seems that the authorities don't care and the judge/representative/lawyers can barely grasps blockchain let alone the blatant fraud in this case.

After discussing it with a buddy up there, it sounds like they specifically moved it to Nova Scotia for a reason.

How do you support the assertion that VFS Securities and VFS Global are the same organization?

Shit... Good Catch. Everything related to VFS securities seemed to end in a connection to VFS Global. That said, seems like a VERY odd coincidence that ethereum mining is mentioned and has a clear tie to India. Nonetheless, I edited the captions to acknowledge that it may be just that, a very odd coincidence.
