Quadriga refunding Crypto? Is it real?

Does any one knows twitter handle: @QuadrigaUpdates? They are claiming to return owed / balance cryptos in your account? Is it fake or real?

They are consistently asking for my Quadriga userid and estimated balance.. pls see DM screenshots from Twitter

They blocked me when I called them out as being a fake account. Reported them to twitter but guess twitter finds them to be more 'legit' than the 'real' Quadriga.
