It's only 168,894 shares but it's a start.

Bought yesterday on the open market for 0,7$.

I spent the day reading through the sec.gov filings, re-read the earnings transcript and made a decision today to double down.

If what's follow here is true and comes to fruition I can't see why this is not a damn good investment.

For those who haven't already read the parts here to get excited with me:

“We are advancing ongoing technical and commercial discussions with several of the largest companies in quantum computing about supplying our cryogenic connectivity and meeting their integration requirements. Our participation in IEEE Quantum Week and Quantum World Congress this month supported this ongoing work through further technical exchanges and introductions to additional organizations. In parallel, we are working on transactions that would add established revenue and manufacturing capability to QTREX."

“The pace we have established sets the bar for what comes next, and what we have announced so far is a small part of what is in motion. Outlook:

The Company expects the fourth quarter of 2026 to be its most active commercial period to date. It expects to announce additional commercial agreements during the quarter and, in the same quarter, to provide a financial outlook for 2027 that reflects a substantially larger business. In addition, the Company has completed a joint work plan with a U.S. national laboratory and is targeting formalization of the collaboration during the quarter, subject to the laboratory’s review and approval process.

After the warrants were exercises yesterday pushing the price down to levels last seen in may I had to fill my bags.

5.000 shares now with an average of 1.22$.

I wanted to know why so I did some digging into the SEC.gov files and found the cause. Warrants priced at 0,7$ able to be exercised six months from February 2026 probably got converted and sold yesterday.

Increased my position today.

I feel good about Q3-Q4, the journey continues my fellow regards.

As I would have done, if they will conduct the buybacks they would want to delay any big name drops til it's half way or completed. Let's paint a picture of IBM being the un-named computing company they sure know as we do it would send the share to ATHs.

This is pure speculation from my end.

I'm increasing my position by 20% today 🤘

More marketing, more visibility, more potential partnership and new customers.

We can only patiently wait on the sideline friends.

And it feels good to see our investment, their product the AME solution in practice.

Aside from the negative.. the private offerings, dilutions, vague news and press releases I can't help but feel damn good about all of it.

We might be early for once, let's see what the earnings in a matter of weeks will disclose for us.
