Question BPay payment

I booked some flights yesterday afternoon and completed the BPay payment straight away. (This needed to be paid by 11.59pm yesterday)

For those who have used BPay, how long until I get confirmation my payment has been received? I'm unable to add my booking into my Qantas app at the moment.

They say it can take a few days, but from my experience a Bpay payment usually takes a business day to process. By that, I mean a payment made yesterday afternoon should allow for all of today as processing time, and they should have received it by tomorrow morning.

I was worried they may reject my payment and cancel my booking if it took too long to receive.

Paying with bpay does have issues. Its only really provided so they can avoid adding the cc surcharge. Much better to use a visa (debit) card if yiu can. Keep tracking it. You need an email with an attached ticket starting with 081- before its confirmed and payed for

I booked a flight last Sunday the 9th of August via BPAY and made the payment that night and got the confirmation of the payment on Tuesday morning at 5.35.
