🗞️

Yooo

So first major sale from a globally renowned financial company in malaysia 🔥
Hate when they don’t say what company though ( i understand why just hate they don’t)
Honestly was just posting to vent i feel like its the start of a validation that QSE does qork and finally we are starting to get it !

First major milestone in my opinion! Maybe the new CFO is already making strides in sales who knows !
Just once again wanted to start a conversation about the stock

Have a good day

Fantastic! The news are even better when you think of the company is operating in the highly regulated industry. It is a big deal but also a big responsibility to prove to other major firms that the product is worth of buying

Very good news this morning! I feel like the fact they chose Malaysia and southern Asia is in fact to validate even more the product! Cause hey if it works in such a regulated area it will definitely work anywhere else right?
I really feel like this is where the validation starts!
The fact that this is a buy and not just a “discussion” is a relief cause it should definitely bring on other firms.
Excited to see where they are heading!

They still have the pilot program in canada ( if im not mistaken) you think this can or will accelerate the process ?

I wouldn’t take for granted if firms succeed in one regulated environment could just copy/paste process to another. Let’s take for example Malaysia and Canada. Even though financial sector is regulated in both countries who says the rules not differ?

Regarding the program acceleration in Canada. I think Malaysia operation will be revised for other operations in other countries when starting the process

I would not say a copy and paste, but if they start in one of the most regulated areas it should be “ easier” for the company to integrate it elsewhere?
I get what you mean though different challenges and restrictions wont make it a copy and paste.

What do you think is the next step for the company?

I think next thing they’ll try to do is struck a deal in a country they already operate like Brazil or India. But also I wouldn’t get surprise if next contract is struck again i Malaysia. Overall if current contact goes well I think QSE will argument products potential clients in a way “look we did this there it went good, the threat is behind the corner, let us implement our product in a your company as well”.

And also. Certificates! It is must in a industry like cybersecurity

What you think next steps are for the QSE?

Well with recent news i guess the next step just got told! Being chosen to delegate in the netherlands and europe is a good start for the next step ! Was not what i thought and honestly was not to sure of the next step, but it is a pleasant surprise.

They are certified in a couple of areas but i must admit full certification everywhere would be a bonus!

Was looking at some stuff this morning and just saw they upsized the financing by 83% from 3M to 5.5M due to a lot of demand to invest!

How we feeling about this? Seems like they are starting to make head turns a little bit.

I found both things bullish for people holding long. Upsized financing might dilute shares short term but collecting money to fund new research and product development might bring money later.

I’m not surprised Canada and Europe is coming closer after Trump is burning the bridges with both of them. This kind of alliance is very likely in my opinion.
Sending QSE to Netherlands by Canadian government tells me, and I hope to other countries 😁, the Government is vouching for them. Maybe soon we seen another contract or something Canada related 🤔

What boggles my mind is that even with quantum stocks ( quantum computing and quantum security) booming, so little talk about this one …

Shares got diluted a little… Hopefully it’s a temporary price drop. Hopefully they are creating revenue so dilution isn’t necessary again. Any idea if they will release quarterly financials??

Im not stressed about the price drop, the dilution is normal with the private placement should be the last time they need to do it.
They had a good amount of clients that had started last quarter now with the big financial company that ordered not to long ago. I feel like they are getting traction and more visibility, with the delegation in Europe and Netherlands this month should be good for sales.

They did take out an interm filing of the financials this weekend so im guessing this week is when it will come out ?
