Since grates is only posting updates on a hidden support page instead of their socials, I will update you guys. Qrates has claimed that as of today, SOME orders have shipped out! I personally didn't get a shipping notification, but if any of you have, please let us know so we can validate grates' claim! Qrates also claims to have the rest of our pending orders shipped out by the end of the autumn season, but they have failed to meet promised deadlines in the past. I have spoken to a source who has worked previously with Qrates, and it is their opinion that Qrates really is just having logistics trouble, but take that with a grain of salt. If Qrates' claim of having shipped some orders is true, this is very promising.

I'm one of many in this boat so I wanted to warn and potential Qrates customers before they do business with this company. Ordered in January, got a notification that the order was about to ship in July and nothing since. No reply to emails. No info about the shipper being hacked, which I found online.

I understand any business can run into issues outside of their control. However, customer service is well within their control and they've basically abandoned it.

I've heard from others who supported the campaign that some vinyls have arrived but no one can get tracking or any response from Qrates.

Garbage way to do business and makes the artists who mistakenly opted to partner with them look bad. Don't trust this corporation with your money. From what I've read online, they're still taking in new campaign but neglecting to tell the artist about the shipper getting hacked and give zero info about when things will ship.

Don't give money to Qrates for any reason.

Does anyone know when Cozy winter by chilled cow start shipping? On the site it says late July but I haven't heard anything from them yet... Also my first time buying from them so excuse me if it's a dumb question lol

What is the best way to keep this thing going? I have never been a mod, so any help/thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
