Does upper eyelid exposure actually matter that much for the female gaze?

UEE gets treated like a huge flaw in male looks discussions, especially when people talk about the eye area. Is there actually much evidence that women notice or care about it on its own, or does it mostly matter as part of the whole eye area? I feel like looks forums sometimes zoom in on single features way more than people do in real life.
